Which bird carried the Israelites according to what God told Moses?

There is no mention in the Bible of any bird carrying the Israelites. However, in Exodus 19:4, God tells the Israelites: "You yourselves have seen what I did to Egypt, and how I carried you on eagles’ wings and brought you to myself."

So while not explicitly a literal bird, God uses the metaphor of being carried on eagles' wings to describe how He delivered the Israelites from Egypt.
