Susanna is mentioned briefly in the Gospel of Luke as one of the women who supported Jesus and his disciples out of their own resources:
> "After this, Jesus traveled about from one town and village to another, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God. The Twelve were with him, and also some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases: Mary (called Magdalene) from whom seven demons had come out; Joanna the wife of Chuza, the manager of Herod’s household; Susanna; and many others. These women were helping to support them out of their own means." - Luke 8:1-3
The passage tells us that Susanna:
* Was one of the women who accompanied Jesus and the twelve disciples.
* Was among those who had been healed or otherwise helped by Jesus.
* Provided financial support to Jesus and his ministry, along with other women like Mary Magdalene and Joanna.
Beyond this short reference, we don't know much about Susanna's life or background from the New Testament.
