The first recorded instance of kissing in the Bible is in Genesis 27:26-27. Isaac kisses his son Jacob, who is disguised as his brother Esau:
"Then his father Isaac said to him, “Come near and kiss me, my son.” So he came near and kissed him."
It's worth noting that this kiss is part of a deception, as Jacob is trying to trick his father into giving him Esau's blessing.
